      Impeccably well organised Efficient Good rates Fair

      Cons

      Drivers are using bots to secure work ahead of everyone else. Its not worth signing up to because you will get little to no work. It will end up costing you more than earning. Amazon arent doing much about it, i guess it doesnt really affect them as long as the work is getting done. As one of the most innovative organisations in the world, if they really wanted to stop it they could. Poor ethics all round

      Get to pick your own blocks

      Cons

      Driver support is not helpful at all. You call with a question or an issue and they talk over you and say you can call back if you want. They are not friendly they are rude and no help at all. They over talk you and dont listen to the issue. Also the workers at the station are just as rude. I had a question and one worker told me didnt you train on your phone for that. I was like are you serious you cant answer my question and he walked away. Granted it was my fisrt time at that particular work station.
