High levels of daily stress Many poor middle managers, lack of development unless you have one of the good ones poor promotion structure, not based on results but more political and popularity you are certainly a number and everyone is replicable at all times HR more often then not is against management when interpreting policies, making it very difficult to hold any associates accountable
