Excellent benefits: The best health plans I've had at any employer. Various leave options both paid and unpaid. Tuition coverage. Pay: Hourly pay ranges from $19-24.80 based on rank, shift, and tenure.
Cons
Very bureaucratic: There's a million loops to jump through before anything gets done. Accountability: There is little accountability at the site. Associates get away with a lot of things most places would fire you for such as sleeping on the job.
