Pros
The pace of change is incredible. I was tired of bureaucratic red tape, and Amazon has basically none. The team atmosphere at my facility is really good. This FC was a lwo performing site, that has become a high performing site. The entire culture has shifted to a a winning mind set and that is fun to be a part of.
Cons
When things are bad and a building/department/shift are under-performing, the increased admin requirement to prove you are taking action can be more daunting than the actual actions you are taking. This is not a sit in the office type job. If you don't want to be on the production floor, interacting with managers and associates, this job is not for you; regardless of level.
