Cons
Expect you need to drink from the firehose (yes!) - a lot of trainings to be completed in the first 90 days, and if you are not planning well it can be real nightmare, so mindful how you plan your schedule, and if you don't want to challenge yourself and learn new things at internet speed, this is not the place you want to be.
