      If your an Allstar caliber worker or perfect you won't receive or be recognized in a level that matches I didn't make a single scan error and I pushed my numbers to 185 to 235 rate per hour no mistakes for over 3 months no reward even though our building became number 1 after being 32 or 2nd from last.

      Cross training that helps for faster growth and more experience.

      Cons

      Sometimes you gotta hurry and find equipment or pit equipment before others snag them and leave you with the “bad” ones. That take forever to get repaired.

      Really smart people, a lot of opportunity for growth, always encouraged to be innovative, think big, and create something new. Competitive salary and benefits with other major tech companies. 100% self motivating work environment. No dress code and 4 legged friends are welcome.

      Cons

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
