Everything you do and get here in Amazon is 20-30 times more as compared to any other normal IT companies. A great company where you can learn, grow, earn, get wise coming in connection with extraordinary talented people around. The internal policies are so much employee friendly. I love my job. The leadership principals being followed within the company will change your vision towards life. I've worked for Microsoft before but can seriously see the benefits of working with Amazon is lot more than what I though of. Amazon is the best.
Cons
If you are hard worker not smart worker, looking for security only, don't want to give some extra effort and grow faster then this is not the right place for you.
