Pros
Good benefits, lots of hours
Cons
Revolving door of employees, the company is built around not keeping employees for longer then a year so don’t plan on staying long term unless you know people in upper management that can help you move up. The management system is very political and they make you feel like you’re a valued part of the team until they no longer need you and then they’ll drop you like it’s nothing. This company is built on the greed of its CEO and it can and will survive by any means necessary so they are very good at making people think they are good for communities and a good place to work but that’s all part of their trickery. They hire so much because they fire so much and they put all kinds of loopholes and clauses in their fine print in order to get rid of so many employees or just force employees to quit which keeps most of their employees earning the starting base rate instead of increased wages.
