Pros
Competitive pay, great benefits, good team, good environment. I was concerned after reading some of the articles criticizing the culture but I have not experienced any of the negativity and open hostility I read about.
Cons
The culture is truly self-serve. Be prepared to spend countless hours reading wikis that are often out of date or not relevant. It can be very difficult to get your bearings depending on who your mentor and manager are. Overall, this is manageable but you just have to expect a good bit of floundering in the initial ramp up and on-boarding.
