      Pros

      Company is investing heavily in its engineers and in its platforms. Great opportunities to develop DevOps/cloud/AI skills in a progressive working environment. Pay and benefits also very good.

      Pros

      NI location pivoting to a new software delivery model that will provide further personal growth and development. Total rewards package when flexible working benefits are included are very good. Degreed platform is good for learning. New digital strategy starting to take shape and global platforms being introduced will enhance how we work.

      Lack of clarity on direction which has now been addressed
