      Pros

      Excellent educational opportunities, excellent advancement opportunities, their Cyber Security teams are excellent and cutting edge, excellent work/life balance, good renumeration. Been with Allstate for 8 years and could not be happier.

      Cons

      Occasionally, people who don’t deserve it are promoted much faster than they should be...which can be discouraging.

      Special events. Nice atmosphere. Fair Managements . Plenty of opportunities to move within the company. Majority of calls are OK when you know how to handle them.

      Cons

      People that already work there, have a clique. American hours. Really poor pay to start with. Strict routines. High learning curve.

      Pros

      Employee Benefits Sports and Social is well organised and there are many events and free drinks/meals on occasion 12 weeks software engineering training with Test Driven Development I found it an excellent fit to myself coming out of university with a Computing degree Staff are very friendly and easy to deal with

      Promotion will not come to those who do not ask Although this does strive employees to work their best and to show managers that they deserve promotion

      Good employer's. Training is through but you learn most once you are doing the job.

      Too many changes take place throughout the year. You are put under pressure to work to deadlines.

      Flexitime and condensed working. Starting to head in the right direction with adopting agile and setting up composed labs and moving to git hub

      Cons

      Salary. I don't feel salary matches th job. Certain areas seem to get favourable treatment. Too much red tape to get things done. Old legacy systems.

      Cons

      Very poor management structure. No graduate program in place even though this is what is advertised. Poor HR department

      Good benefits ie social club, free cinema, discounts Friendly relaxed atmosphere , good opportunities for promotion plenty of training .
