      Good work life balance, good inexpensive benefits, remote work

      Cons

      Salary was too low and there is no possibility for overtime or bonus, lots of PTO but have to plan weeks or months ahead to take a day off because the PTO calendar is full. Back to back phone calls non stop with no break in-between calls

      Pros

      Large Stable company, decent benefits, provide social gathering opportunities for remote employees.

      Cons

      Communication is not the best. from leadership down or between departments. Perception is valued higher then performance. Under stress people may turn hostile and the leadership is not equipped to address in well. In case of my manager some of the expectations were not reasonable.
