What percentage on average or range are annual pay raises at your company not including promotions? Also. If you could put the name of the company and position or department it would be much appreciated. My annual pay raises at allstate are usually 2 -3% pre pandemic and 4-5% post pandemic
Oh wow they raised the annual raise after the pandemic? Was this based on requests of the employees or just adjusting for inflation?
Ok so what is the deal with the let’s be 3% raise friendly to everyone????? So I bust my butt just to have 3% and the next person can do bare minimum. I am sorry Allstate
Same here I got 4% last year but doesn’t seem fair considering constantly helping out with projects and claims. And I was rated highest on my team.
Anybody know any remote sales positions that are not a scam lol my wife wants me to stay remote but I need to get out of claims it’s just an unhealthy work environment. I don’t mind making minimum wage with commissions I work for Allstate right now, so I’m only making a few dollars more than minimum wage anyway as a claims adjuster and there’s no commissions they’re just abuse lol
You could get your P&C and Life license and be a telemarketer for a local agency. Some give options to work from home.

12 Years! So sorry to hear that. If it was recent you are probably still in shock. Try to take care of yourself.
