As a web developer, the pay was very competitive.
Cons
The benefits were terrible for a company of its size. I saw many cases of sexual harassment or bullying get brushed under the rug by managers playing favorites. Learning and creativity ground to a halt for myself and others due to the stifling management and culture at the CompoZed Lab.
