      Pros

      I would say the best thing about the company is that they run with EOS.

      Cons

      The worst thing though would be that it takes for ever to get to you to Full Capacity. I think they need to focus on getting more strategy focused with clients. It is really just typical bookkeeping and not really much reporting goes into it.

      Pros

      The great thing about working for AIOA is the supportive coworkers. Everyone wants everyone to succeed and they help out however they can. AIOA also uses EOS which provides a structured environment to improve efficiency and productivity.

      Pros

      One of the things I truly appreciate about working at AIOA is the strong sense of teamwork and camaraderie. Even while working remotely, I never feel isolated. AIOA does an exceptional job of making sure every team member feels supported and connected. That support empowers us to consistently deliver A+ accounting services to our clients.
