      The great thing about working for AIOA is the supportive coworkers. Everyone wants everyone to succeed and they help out however they can. AIOA also uses EOS which provides a structured environment to improve efficiency and productivity.

      One of the things I truly appreciate about working at AIOA is the strong sense of teamwork and camaraderie. Even while working remotely, I never feel isolated. AIOA does an exceptional job of making sure every team member feels supported and connected. That support empowers us to consistently deliver A+ accounting services to our clients.

      I have nothing but positive things to say about AIOA. I know I'm working for a company that truly cares about their employees, and that means a lot to me!

      Cons

      You are constantly busy with no breaks or downtimes. It can be hard to take PTO due to this. The company has a system in place to help with this, but it still can be hard.
