Not much room to grow - Senior Software Engineer Alida Employee Review

A trap for senior programmers / leaders who are thrown in a chaotic team that somehow is supposed to self-organize itself, without proper analysis and guidance of overall architecture. All in the name of 'agile'. Not much room to grow. Lots of bad hires and hence layoffs. They treat some of the programmers as if they are robots that can simply switch 2 hours on that project, 4 hours on the other project, etc - looks good on paper, but overall an inefficient approach to project management.
