Very toxic environment fostered by C-suite. They are very eager to throw people under the bus just to save themselves in the eyes of the board...absolutely terrible leadership, if you can even call it that. You gossip and badmouth other staff and departments among yourselves and your staff. We know exactly what you are saying about us because we talk to each other! Imagine what we think of you and your political games when we witness this? Do you think we want to stay and give you our best?

There is no CTO or Chief Architect to balance product feature requests and tech debt. Product is facing scalability problems due to an overhead of tech debt that doesn't get prioritized. When sales requests and marketing is determining the direction of the product, business and product decisions tend to be short sighted and doesn't scale well with long term product goals. It becomes increasingly more difficult to innovate when there is little prioritization on the refactors and infrastructure changes that enable rapid development.
