      1. Some benefits are good, creche polity, PL - 1Month, Unlimited Sick Leaves 2. Learning scope is there. 3. Managers listen to you.

      Cons

      1. Indians leaders head count is increasing day by day and feels like micro management they started. 2. Like other companies this also does lay offs of course not started in India yet.
