      - Decent allowance. - Clean enviourment. - One year planned schedule. - Transport provided at north, central and west area. (East not included)

      Cons

      - Alot of errors can lead to warning letter. - Language barrier for some colleagues. - No canteen to buy for (Hard to survive on midnight shift)
