Pros
Good Benefits: Vision, Dental, Prescription. Good company culture. Beautiful main campus facilities. In depth training that prepares you well for your job.
Cons
When the company was bought by Novartis a lot of things have changed, layoffs when we don't meet their absurd quotas when the entire industry is down. Even though Alcon has fared better than most of the market, Novartis expects too much while greatly diminishing the resources we have to complete their over demanding tasks.
