      Alcon is a wold leader, with strong global presence, in a period of change, good career advancement opportunity

      Cons

      Local leadership in Middle East do not listen they are keen about their jobs and satisfying their managers more than on the company and people in it, lots of politics and evading change

      Stable company with people that want to make a difference. Great place to learn about manufacturing practices.

      No clear job roles and the company tries to squeeze work out of lower level engineers.
