      Nothing good that I can think of

      Cons

      You will work your fingers to the bone for a pittance. I am on the front line w/o support from Operations. It's hell. Management is ignorant & juvenile. Don't look for help from any of them. Medical coverage is an abomination.

      Culture is awful and not consistent through the company, old boys club leadership, resistance to change is HUGE
