Headed in the wrong direction - Warehouse Associate Airgas Employee Review

It's more about who you know than what you know at this company. The people that actually keep the business going are treated like crap. Right now we are in the midst of a second wage freeze in four years. I understand if the economy is bad and what not but I know that Airgas is a big company that is making millions of dollars every year. If this was a small-business I could understand, but this company treats their employees terribly. People have families, and things to pay for. Not to mention the cost of living keeps going up. Ultimately, companies make decisions that they want to make. So what hurts the most, is when management lies directly to your face.
