Pros
good contests, good pay at upper level sales and the benefits are decent if you go single hmo. Lot of training on product.
Cons
Old outdated rating system for performance. Top of the heap one day and fired the next. VP of this location is is standoff and unapproachable. Out of touch with what all the changes have done to accomplishing goals.
