Pros
Fun industry that is constantly growing. The building is less than 5 years old, nice cafeteria. The workers are very friendly.
Cons
The Germantown facility is run by the worst type of leadership imaginable. There aren’t any growth opportunities for employees. Management sees their reports as interchangeable and unimportant. Germantown is a “Good Ol’ Boys Club”. Case in point of the leadership there - when the acquisition of Airgas by Air Liquide was announced, all the managers were laughing in their offices and did not address their reports for two days after. Avoid the Strategic Accounts team at all costs.
