Excellent co-workers. Decent benefits compared to most. Nationwide company, ability to transfer. Vacation, personal and sick time is fair and flexible.
Cons
Below average pay for an industry leader. Only 3 things matter : 1 shareholders 2 shareholders 3 shareholders. Company preaches safety everyday twice on Sunday while constantly overworking a short staff to save money. We all know the only way to get the job done like that is working faster and taking shortcuts (which is very unsafe). Account managers are pressured to get more customers while we can't even serve the ones we have due to product shortages. Everyone looking over there shoulder here (including managers). Morale is very low. Air liquide merger is a NIGHTMARE (good for a few, bad for everyone else). I can go on for days!
