Your manager and company leadership will actually encourage you to take time off when you might be getting overworked - Friendly and supportive team, always there to answer any questions and lend a hand - There is always something to learn and you get to feel the impact of your job in the company's performance. - You get to help build a product for the creative industry, which is also fun
Cons
No major downsides, every day is an adventure. For the first time ever, I actually look forward to Monday morning:)
