      - Fast-paced growth without the burnout that comes with it. Your manager and company leadership will actually encourage you to take time off when you might be getting overworked - Friendly and supportive team, always there to answer any questions and lend a hand - There is always something to learn and you get to feel the impact of your job in the company's performance. - You get to help build a product for the creative industry, which is also fun

      No major downsides, every day is an adventure. For the first time ever, I actually look forward to Monday morning:)

      Working a Aftershoot has many Pros: 1. Great working conditions, I feel right at home with my colleagues. 2. The company supports learning and the Freedom to Innovate is something that I appreciate a lot. 3. Frequent outings and team-wide as well as company-wide dinners/lunches makes all the employees feel included. 4. The leadership makes sure that no effort goes unnoticed.

      Pros

      Sometimes work is super interesting with cutting edge unexplored research territory. Salary is also good with good benefits.

      Cons

      There is always tons of work. You'll get calls after workday, get work on weekends even on Saturdays and Sundays. You'll often stay overnight at the office. You'll stay late almost everyday. Leadership doesn't exactly know what they want so you'll often have to revise code you have written and they expect it to be done within the same deadline as the initial. Unrealistic goals. They expect you to complete whole features within a few days without even having all the feature-edge cases accounted for so it's up to the developer to account for them and go back and forth with the product to account for them within the same deadline
