      There are really no positive points about this organization.

      Cons

      Training methodologies are circumspect. No respect for persons who are not interested in Aflac. Representatives track down, stalk and harass those who say "no thank you, I'm not interested."

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
