      Pros

      A lot of emphasis on work-life balance and employee satisfaction. The CEO is extremely personable and creates a culture of diversity and recognition for employees.

      Cons

      Saw some incidents of passive aggression related to racial tensions going on at the time. Some managers are very condescending and demeaning. Another con is the inability to get raises and promotions.

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
