      Pros

      Aflac has given me the opportunity to have a flexible schedule and the income I wanted. They have given my all the training and support I have asked for. Aflac has been the greatest decision I have ever made.

      Cons

      If you can not organize your own schedule, you could struggle.

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
