Pros

Position is Steady work, insurance benefits start immediately on day one but end the day you leave not the end of that month no weekends ongoing training provided

Cons

Focus is on meeting numbers, call statistics and call time, you must take breaks at assigned time and if a call runs into your break time causing your break to start later than scheduled you must cut your break short or face negative implications for "returning from late"

Pros

Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

Cons

No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
