      This is a great place to work for once you put forth the serious effort to educate and provide your customers with the assurance that they need for their peace of mind.

      Cons

      Advise new employees that it takes some time for full-commissioned insurance producers to show a profit in their businesses in new areas.

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
