      Good training, nice environment, useful experience for the new people with no work Excellent place - Wall Street! Friendly co-workers and management Perfect balance work/life

      Cons

      No base salary Hard specifics of contract agent job - you are independent and that's all, you are not en employee and nobody care what are you doing exactly right or wrong So it is good work only for specific people

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
