Dear Former "recruiter": I am sorry about your experience. It would have been great to hear from you personally. I must wonder about this particular review because if you are a recruiter, I have never had recruiters working here since I have been back. I find this puzzling at best. We have not had any recruiters here we for about two years. During the COVID 19 pandemic we had to make a lot of pivots and downsized due to challenges. If in fact you are a person who worked in some OTHER role and did not come to me about your issues, I must say I am very sorry about your feelings and experience.
