Affordable Language Services interview questions

Basically there is no interview. If you can demonstrate fluency in English and Spanish in a 10 minute phone interview, you will be hired. You are also required to pay for your own drug test and background test. They will also want you to get certified in a 40 hour class which costs $350. You will be offered an individual contractor position with zero benefits.
