Poor management Poor internal relationships 0 work life balance. Expect to be there 10 plus hours If you leave on time or even 30-40 mins after you are off you WILL be judged and asked if you truly want to work there You can not leave until your manager says you can leave You literally have to ask permission to leave Commission structure is terrible High School catty environment Not many genuine relationships People talk behind your back instead of having a constructive feedback session Lots and lots of turnover Company is a revolving door Promote favorites over performance based To be quite honest. Every single recruiter there HATES it.... They truly do, part of it is the nature of the job and a lot of it has to do with the way they conduct their business and treat their recruiters. They try and make up for all these cons by happy hours and food I would never recommend this job to anyone.
