Good colleagues, lots of opportunity to learn, flat structure, growth opportunity is there if you slog enough
Cons
low pay (that's almost the industry trend), no concept of employee retention, too much work, loads of pressure (inhuman work and pressure, to be honest). Overall the company structure is too unstable. If you are looking to build a stable career, this is not the place.
