      No transparency on company policies, leave policy and others. Sandwich leaves are just a joke. Nothing they inform during offer. Stay away from trauma.

      Some people are great to work with

      Cons

      Company is not generating enough revenue and therefore is not profitable. They recently started laying off employees. Leave before the ship sinks.
