      Management is less than honest, low pay, and if they can hire someone for less money, they will replace you.

      Good product lines, smart team members with knowledge of the industry

      Cons

      Constantly changing senior management. Seen three full C-suite turnovers in my tenure here. We win in spit of the constant upheaval.
