      Competitive salaries. Opportunity for growth for junior staff with little experience.

      Cons

      Senior management fosters an environment of internal conflict. As a result, employees are wary of each other, often feeling that they cannot rely or confide in their colleagues. This makes teamwork and collaboration very difficult. Leadership also actively and passively promotes competition, favouritism, and conflict among staff.

      - There are some great people working in this company, very talented, generous and open-minded. It's a great place to learn from. - It's a very international company, so chances to experience different cultures. - Good compensation package.

      Cons

      - The company is dictated by profit, profit and only profit, thanks to a very aggressive Board of investors, as such, the decisions they take are often very short sighted. They want revenue this year without any care for consequences in the next, then the next year it's the same thing again. This leads to quick and dirty solutions instead of a long term approach.
