Pros
Amazing students and fantastic co workers. Rigorous lesson plans. Other schools in the network seem to have it together better than others.
Cons
School Leadership does not know how to lead. Favoritism. If you disagree it seems you are not a team player. Curve grades to average 75 in grade book. Unfair rules for students. No substitutes or staffing to cover for people who are out so huge load on teachers. Students stay in class and teachers come to them.
