In AZ, our options include the Aetna Banner/HonorHealth high performing network plan. The monthly cost is only $30/month for employee coverage and less than $425/month for the whole family. And with 100% coverage for preventive care and primary care office visit copays still just $20, our employees tell us it is a great option. Want choice? We still provide a variety of PPO type plans that allows for in and out of network benefits tapping into the expansive Aetna provider directory and even a high deductible health plan, with an annual employer contribution, for those who want to leverage the HSA account for long-term savings.
