While many companies are reducing their options and increasing prices, we still maintain four medical options and new employees can join the 1st of the month following their hire date. In AZ, our options include the Aetna Banner/HonorHealth high performing network plan. The monthly cost is only $30/month for employee coverage and less than $425/month for the whole family. And with 100% coverage for preventive care and primary care office visit copays still just $20, our employees tell us it is a great option. Want choice? We still provide a variety of PPO type plans that allows for in and out of network benefits tapping into the expansive Aetna provider directory and even a high deductible health plan, with an annual employer contribution, for those who want to leverage the HSA account for long-term savings.
