      Supportive leadership and growth opportunities, but fast-paced uncertainty

      Pros

      Willing to promote from within and develop people. Leadership cares about people more than other places I have worked. Competitive salary and plenty of opportunities to advance.

      Cons

      Fast paced on more than the typical way. Industry is fairly young and for that reason we are often operating in a realm of ambiguity or uncertainty.

      Great company mission, good benefits, a lot of care for the community and employees. Founders still heavily involved and a lot of excitement around growth and the future.

      Cons

      Non-competitive pay, upper leaders tolerate the bad attitudes/behaviors of some employees if they think they're smart, which goes against what they say they stand for.
