Seems to be a high turnaround of employees at times Success based on numbers, can feel your competing against fellow staff too much Can have the feeling of not being able to opening have an opinion or you may be labeled as difficult

Favouritism in promotions, politics at the managerial level in some units, perception of value/popularity sometimes rewarded over actual effort
