      Paid well. Lots of working experience in an exciting field. Good job security and a positive outlook on the company's performance

      Cons

      80% travel. High stress working conditions. Management is apathetic towards the personal needs of the employees. No accurate outlook of work scheduel (may be forced to travel on short notice).
