      Pros

      Technology under development is interesting and sometimes challenging in a good way. Employees are recognized for good work. People are generally nice and easy to work with. Building is light and bright. Food and beverages are well stocked for employees, company events are generally fun and well-planned.

      Cubes are small. Not all jobs have clear career paths

      Location is good and near freeway, they make a crucial technology for the world to function

      Cons

      Toxic environment. Selective enforcement, antisemitic DEI culture, tattle tale rat snitch employees, managers play favorites, managers move the goal post after you were supposed to earn a salary increase. too many foreigners in management and not enough americans. DEI is a joke and is run by a racist black women. Company will burn you and punish you for problems someoen else created and punish you for it despite no power to fix the issue yourself.
