They have bought me food, were understanding with family emergencies...

Cons

Pay could be better, when a tech issue comes up, you have to use PTO otherwise you sit there all day waiting for it to be fixed (been waiting 5 days now, not fixed...)

Training was good. Coworkers are helpful.

Cons

The pay! $18.81/hr is not worth the amount of work you have to do. They told us in training that there would be a minimal of 3 inbound calls. That was a lie. I've had more than 4 calls come through within the first 2 weeks. The amount of outbound calls you have to make are insane. It's a waste of time. And don't do the evenings because you'll do double the work on outbound calls with no pay differential. Everything is on a spreadsheet and the system that you do use doesn't work.
