The pay is low. The annual increases are low, and the bonuses are given in your 401K that you have to vest to get...when you retire. Gee, thanks. Senior management talk the talk but don't walk it. Empty promises. No career growth. The employee's job is strictly to earn the company money. Personal goals are just an ADP filler in forming the facade of professional growth. Did I mention the pay is low? VERY low for this area (DMV).
